Our services include drywall repairs and patching, interior painting and touch-ups, trim and baseboard installation, door and hardware repairs, flooring repairs and installation, laminate and vinyl plank flooring, tile repairs, suspended ceiling tile replacement, caulking, weatherstripping, shelving and fixture installation, fence and gate repairs, deck repairs, minor carpentry, cabinet adjustments, lock and door closer replacement, window and screen repairs, pressure washing, and general property maintenance. We also provide temporary emergency board-up services using plywood to secure broken windows and doors until permanent glass replacement can be arranged.

Do you provide estimates before starting a project?
Most small repairs and maintenance jobs are billed at our standard hourly rate. For larger projects, we are happy to provide a fixed-price quote.
An estimate can be provided before work begins on smaller jobs; however, actual costs may vary depending on the scope of work, site conditions, or unforeseen issues encountered during the job.
What if my project involves multiple trades?
Our multi-skilled team handles most tasks in-house. If a specialized trade is required, we coordinate trusted partners and remain your single point of contact from start to finish.
How does billing work?
Upon project completion, we issue an invoice that can be paid electronically or by check within the agreed-upon terms, keeping the process straightforward and transparent. We provide transparent billing with direct costs displayed for materials and labour. Materials receipt copies are made available upon request. Payment is due immediately upon completion unless previously agreed. A courtesy reminder may be sent after 7 days. Accounts remaining unpaid after 15 days may be charged interest at 5% per month
Billing
Rates and Charges.
Labour is billed at $90.00 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments, with a minimum charge as applicable.
Billable time includes all time spent:
Performing work on site.
Traveling to obtain materials specifically required for your project.
Picking up and delivering materials related to your project.
Materials are billed at cost. Where applicable, receipts can be provided upon request.
Clients will be informed of any significant changes to the expected scope of work or costs before additional work is completed.
Minimum Call out charge is 2 hours at $180.00
